My 15-minute Yin-style practice below releases tension held in your back and around your heart. Each pose will allow release of the fascia — the thick connective tissue of your body. Make sure you relax your muscles and allow the long hold of the shape to do the work.
A rolled up towel or blanket, or even a couple of supportive cushions or pillows, will help to support your body during the poses.
