What does leading a good life look like? What does it feel like?
What elements need to be in place to be living a life that you don’t need to escape from?
We hear a lot about self care — taking time out for yourself, filling your own cup, using expensive candles and tea. But what happens when the time out is over? Yoga class is done. Tea is drunk. Back to the grind.
I come at things from a different perspective. I don’t think taking time out from your life is the answer. I think building a life that fulfills you is the answer. But how on earth do you do that?
By creating a life of holistic good health. I have identified four cornerstones, or pillars, of a good life. When we nail these four pillars we thrive.
